note: This role is part of ZIA’s in-house Creative team and supports the development of multi-format campaign content, with a focus on visual storytelling, layout, and light motion.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Multimedia Designer to support ZIA’s Creative and MarCom teams in developing visual assets across campaigns, content, and events. You’ll design for digital and print, contribute to light motion graphics, and help execute brand-aligned work across various touchpoints.

Arabic skills are a plus but not mandatory. This role is ideal for a fast, flexible designer who can think conceptually and execute precisely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets for social media, websites, and campaign toolkits
  • Create simple animated content for reels, stories, and digital screens
  • Support in presentation design, reports, event materials, and branded collateral
  • Adapt brand identities and campaign concepts across platforms
  • Work closely with content, production, and strategy teams
  • Ensure designs are culturally appropriate and visually aligned with brand goals
  • Organize files, maintain version control, and meet fast-moving deadlines

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Experience designing for both digital and offline channels
  • Strong attention to detail, color, spacing, and layout
  • Fluent in English; Arabic preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of cultural sensitivity and bilingual visual layouts

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Arabic design or typography experience
  • Motion graphics and animation capabilities
  • Experience working with government or bilingual campaigns
  • Familiarity with print production and event branding specs
  • Experience using Figma, Premiere Pro, or Canva
